Ever since I was 4 years old I usually pay attention to western actors who has this funny sharp look in their body, and that's when I found out it's called muscles. How I got interested in muscles in the first place is when I first thought on how it isn't something you would see on a daily basis, seeing a muscular person isn't common, and that strived me to get big and muscular one day, but I was never really directed how to.
Prior knowledge
As for my prior knowledge in muscle building I always knew these 3 form of training which is athleticism for sports performance, powerlifting for strength and lifting heavy weights and bodybuilding for size. As for my primary goal I chose bodybuilding because I want to prioritize my size first in a young age, so it can be a pathway for other physical activities in the future. I was taught that muscle are gained through training and eating protein, but it's still a prior.

Back in 3rd grade my family used to have a gym membership on admiralty clubhouse and I used to go there everyday after school. However I was little to no direction and never grasped the proper knowledge of it. Until 8th grade, I began to be self aware of my body after going through 2 years of no contact due to the pandemic, I decided to buy myself dumbbells, barbells, and a bench to start training at home, and I kept it up for 2 years until 10th grade.
learning goal
My learning goal is to understand how the muscle grows through diet and training. I want to learn when is the best time to start training, and how to consistently train and make progress for many following years.
challenge
The main challenge of my personal project is to stay consistent with my training program and dieting program in which I need to have a significant improvement in my weight, size and strength.
How It Started
I made my decision to start on late March, but I later took it more seriously on 1st of April because discipline is what going to give me the long term benefits to my body. I was merely 8th grade with the height of 172cm and weighting around 45kg. This is a solid number that justifies how small and underweight I was and I know I couldn’t keep this for long.
